The Forever Ends 2/10

Shahid settled down a bit after the terrible experience with the person sitting next to him, he turned towards the right...

He got surprised... Because the girl he had seen yesterday during the orientation class was sitting right next to him. Shahid thought that she was so humble as she smiled at him 😄

Somehow the first hour got over. During break he thought he will have a conversation with his rude bench mate who made a face initially. Shahid turned towards his bench mate.

Shahid: Hi I'm Shahid. And you?

Bench mate: Can't you see I'm studying? I'm studying the lesson that father has taught us today. I won't find time after reaching home, because I need to prepare for my IAS exam.

(Shahid was like... Big guy... Studying for IAS... For a moment he felt good, because he is sitting next to an upcoming IAS officer.)

Shahid: Oops... I'm sorry... I didn’t know.

Bench mate: Its ok. I'm Ajith Kumar. I will talk to you later.

In the middle of this awkward situation, he heard someone laughing behind him. He turned back. It was the same girl whom he had seen in the orientation class. She smiled at him.

Shahid moved towards her... They introduced themselves formally. Her name was Amy Antony. Within a few hours of talking Shahid was impressed by her. She was not just cute but smart as well. Soon they became good friends.

Shahid was an introvert guy who wouldn’t talk or socialize much. Amy was exactly opposite to him. She loved to talk and make a lot of friends and was weirdly crazy.

Shahid had a very pathetic sense of humor, because when he makes a joke, except him, no one would laugh. She was the first person who laughed at his joke. After that he felt so good, it was like a reward to him.

Days passed…

Their friendship grew stronger... Shahid didn't talk much to others so for anything he would only approach Amy.

Probably that is because she was too nice to everyone. That comforting feeling made him speak to her again and again.

Though they didn't notice anything suspicious, others started noticing the growing bond between Amy and Shahid. Though there were others in the class, Amy always spoke to Shahid.

Shahid loves his mom very much. He loved to lie on her lap every evening. He used to speak to her about everything during those moments including the moments and happenings of that day. This was a daily routine for him. Probably because he was only talking to Amy, whenever he shared something with his mom, somehow he would mention Amy's name and she would get involved in it.  He itself didn't notice it.

Most people have that one person in their life, who tries to find out the loop hole in their story, who silently appreciates and openly criticises, and the one who always creates unnecessary problems for us, yes, it's our sibiling.

Shahid had an elder sister who is the troublesome maker his life. One day, Shahid was explaining the incidents that happened in class. While narrating it, his sister made a statement.

"Ahem Ahem... Something seems fishy... Whenever you're talking, you’re mentioning Amy's name... What is going on? (With a Devilish smile) Something fishy... Mom seems that your son has fallen in love”

That one statement was the turning point to his life.

On the same day, while he was on his bed, he starts to think about it. Why am I only talking about her? Why is she only talking to me? Do I have any feelings for her other than friendship? Am I in love with her? He was so confused.

Shahid spent his childhood days in a small village. Hence, his mindset was like a village guy. As per his perception, if a girl spoke to him freely and has got close in a short time, he predicts it as love. That mindset made an impact on his thinking as well. While battling with his confused soul, he was thinking that it must be love.

Though there are many other boys and girls, why is she only talking to me? This means she has some feelings for me, otherwise why is she only talking to me... And that is how he started considering her friendship as love...

The next day he went to college. On that day he saw more beauty in her . She came up to him and started speaking to him like every other day. But he was finding it hard to speak to her. Things were not the same. Everything seemed to be different.They used to make lot of fun during the lunch break, but on that day, he was finding it difficult to even respond to her.

From that Day onwards he started to keep looking at her during class without taking his eyes off... He felt like he always wanted to see her. (He felt very good when he looked at her and saw her smiling at him, that was an awesome feeling.)  He was more focused on her then what was happening in class.

Days passed...

He kept looking at her all the time. Sometimes it was not intentional. The moment he gazes at her, he forgets to revoke his eyes. He remains lost for some time. She didn’t realize it, but her friends started to notice everything and started to warn her. “It seems like Shahid has got some feelings for you, and it looks like he is going to propose you soon. Or else, why is he only talking to you, taking your notes and taking water from you (only from you), there is something more than friendship”,her friends insisted her to be careful. But Amy replied by saying that there is nothing as such, we are good friends nothing more nothing less... Her friends refused to settle as such. They started plan a plot to reveal the mystery.
